Turkey meat (Female)
Turkey meat (female) is the meat of young female turkeys between 5 – 9 kg. An ideal weight for fast transport around the globe. This meat is characterised by its fine fibrousness.
Turkey meat (Male)
Rooster turkey meat is the meat of young male turkeys weighing between 12 and 18 kg. In contrast to the turkey meat of the hen, this meat can be recognized by its coarse fibre.
